This directory contains the files necessary to perform reconstructions and
verification runs. NOTE: please check paths in all programs to make sure they
are  compatible with your directory structure. First run cfrinplagnolut.m (or cfrinpverilagnolut.m for verification).  That will create the input files for regem. regreclowcfr.m and regrechighcfr.m
do the low frequency and high frequency reconstructions.

Once done, you will need to post process with the bktogrid... files. Files
with "early" in the name are for verification. For the reconstruction, first
use bktogrid1lagrevnolut then bktogrid_adjserieslagnolut.

NOTE: Paths in the programs may have to be changed to suit your needs.
