DESCRIPTION:
Core MW91-15:  Location:00.01.38S,158.56.46E, 2,311 meters 
Ages are reservoir corrected (-400 yrs) and reported in calendar years 
[see Bard et al., 1993].  
Asterik denotes actual  AMS 14C date.  

Core TR163-31B:  Location: 03.37.20S, 83.58.40W, 3,210meters
Ages are reservoir corrected (-580 yrs) and reported in calendar years.  
TR163-31B dates from Shackleton et al. [1988], "Radiocarbon age of last glacial 
Pacific deep water", Nature 335.

We used two reservoir corrections.  The TR163-31B correction is recommended 
by Shackleton for the Panama Basin, as it is an upwelling area.  
The other is an open Pacific correction. 

Stable isotopes measured on all species, 300-355 micron, 5-10 individuals, 
University of South Carolina Stable Isotope Lab, 11/95-5/96. 
Standard- Carrera Marble; Precision- 1sigma= +/- 0.06 per mil.
