Info for the input into BARCAST 

These files are input into the engine of the BARCAST code package (available at ftp://ftp.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/paleo/softlib/barcast), BARCAST_MainCode.m

BARCAST_INPUT_vHNL_Jan2012: Data matrices and other information.
PRIORS: Hyper parameters for the priors for all unknown parameters. 
MHpars: Parameters controlling the MH step to update phi. 

Run2_Pars_XXX: Parameter value draws from an earlier run of BARCAST using the same data.

Run2_Temp_MCMC_StepXXX: Draws of the space-time temperature anomaly field from an earlier run of BARCAST using the same data. 

The main results of the paper are based on running chains of length 3500 initialized with each of these four starting values for the parameters and field. The first 500 draws of each are discarded as burn-in, and each chain is then thinned by taking every third sample. The resulting 1000 samples from each chain are then mixed, and results are based on this 4000 member posterior ensemble.
