(Northeastern United States). Data table and abbreviation keys exported
from the Microsoft Access databse file oldweather.mdb created by Zielinski et al.
in a project funded by the US National Science Foundation. Observed values
are stored in the large (21MB) database export file new-england-oldweather-data.txt.
