These files contain results from the UVic climate model simulations for the pre-industrial (PI) control and LGM simulations as published in the following paper:

Schmittner, A., Urban N. M., Shakun, J. D., Mahowald, N. M., Clark, P. U., Bartlein, P. J., Mix, A. C., and Rosell-Mele, A.(2011) Climate Sensitivity Estimated From Temperature Reconstructions of the Last Glacial Maximum, Science.

Each file corresponds to a model with a different climate sensitivity for a doubling of CO2 as indicated in the file name.

The format is
lat,lon,satpi,satlgm,sstpi,sstlgm,aicepi,aicelgm,tmskpi,tmsklgm

where
lat is latitude
lon is longitude
satpi is surface air temperature (SAT) for the PI run
satlgm is SAT for the LGM run
sstpi and sstlgm are sea surface temperatures (SSTs) for the PI and LGM run, respectively
aicepi and aicelgm are the fraction of a grid cell covered by ice (sea ice on ocean and land ice over the continents)
tmskpi and tmsklgm are the land-sea masks (1 = ocean, 0 = land)

units are degrees C for temperatures

Note that LGM SSTs and SATs do not include the corrections due to sea level lowering applied in the paper.
