Tab 2: PAGES 2k Network regional reconstruction series with uncertainties
All temperatures are anomalies relative to 1961-1990 reference period in °C
Uncertainties reported as: Antarctica, Australasia, North America pollen, and South America = ± 2 SE; Asia = ± 2 RMSE
Europe = 95% confidence bands; North American trees = upper/lower 5% bootstrap bounds; Arctic = 90% confidence
Ages (years) for North American series are mid-points of imtervals; this applies to alternative reconstructions as well

Temperatures in °C relative to 1961-1990 and standardized (SD) values wrt 1205-1955 CE

Tab 4: Alternative basic composites (SD units)
Records were first standardized relative to: Antarctica = 1719-1983; Arctic = 1478-1720; Asia = 1600-1990; Australasia = 1891-1981; Europe = 1500-2003
North America pollen = 466-1965; North America trees = 1500-1980; South America = 1897-1995
Records were then standardized again following gridding, but not again after area-weighting
