Guldin Purpose of Collection: Climatology - severe weather Detrending: First - Negative exponential or linear regression of any slope Second - Linear regression with negative slope Cores are stored at: Oklahoma State University Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management Notes: The site slopes to the southwest at about 12 degrees. Soils are derived from native sedimentary bedrock. The stand was heavily damaged during the December 2000 ice storms.
